Every event you register triggers automatic alerts 12, 6, and 2 hours before — so you're never late or unprepared.

Whatever you schedule via WhatsApp also appears in your Google Calendar, with time, location, and participants.

Access and data

What permissions it uses, and why

Gmail
Read-only access to your inbox, used only to identify unread emails and show you a summary (sender and subject). Wasi AI never sends, deletes, or modifies emails.
Google Calendar
Read and create events on your primary calendar, to reflect the meetings you register via WhatsApp and check your upcoming schedule.
WhatsApp
Messaging via the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta), used to receive your instructions and send you reminders and summaries.
Storage
Your tasks, events, and notes are stored in a private Notion database, for personal use only — never shared or sold to third parties.
