1. Who we are

Wasi AI is a personal assistant developed by NatGrowth Lab, a technology provider based in Colombia. This policy describes how data is collected, used, and protected when using the assistant via WhatsApp.

2. Information we collect

• WhatsApp messages: the content of messages you send to the assistant, used to interpret them and respond.
• Gmail metadata: subject, sender, and a short snippet of unread emails (the full email body is not stored).
• Google Calendar events: title, date, time, and location of events you create or query.
• Tasks and notes: the text you choose to save as a reminder or personal note.

3. How we use this information

This information is used solely to operate the assistant: interpreting your instructions, generating reminders, syncing your calendar, and showing you summaries. It is not used for advertising or commercial profiling, and is not shared with third parties beyond the services mentioned (Notion, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, and Anthropic as the language-processing engine).

4. Where data is stored

Tasks, events, and notes are stored in a private Notion database, linked to a single personal-use account. Messages processed by the language model (Anthropic Claude) are handled in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy.

5. Security

Access credentials (Google, WhatsApp, and Notion tokens) are stored as encrypted environment variables on the deployment server and are never exposed publicly. Gmail access is read-only.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of your stored data (tasks, events, notes) at any time, or revoke access to your Google account from myaccount.google.com/permissions. For additional requests, contact us below.
